 Sacramento Gallery, Agassiz Community  Center

The first annual show celebrating Chanukah, Christmas, Kwanzaa , Ramadan New Year achieves one of our main goals : to start a global exchange of ideas by means of art between young people in many countries and of different cultures , languages and ages.

v

In today's world this conversation without spoken language must include American kids. We believe that the enthusiastic reception of the artwork by children from Tibet and Taiwan, Turkey and Macedonia, Guatemala, Poland, Russia and Nepal by a 6th Grade class from the Agassiz School was an auspicious beginning.

Such a mutual understanding must be the basis for a more peaceful world in the future, a peace that will have to be created and protected anew by each generation.

We hope that you will contribute generously to this goal by making it
possible for us to circulate these and other works by children worldwide.

Thank You:
